This activity aims to raise issues associated with choosing indicators. The device used to raise issues is the choosing of a nursing home either from the perspective of potential resident or that of potential investor.
In identifying the indicators you are asked to identify:
- what’s important;
- how you will know if it’s got it (or hasn’t got it);
- how you will know it’s got more (or less) of it than another;
- how you will rate one nursing home against another.
When you select either potential resident or potential investor, you will be able to record you thoughts online and then compare them with the ideas from other groups.
